Passing BLOCK expertise on to foreign subsidiaries

Graduate engineer Jens Marten will be joining the BLOCK China team in Kunshan as of December 1, 2019.

As a product manager, Jens Marten will be helping BLOCK make further progress in the strategic development of its internationalization plans. The BLOCK employee from Verden will be moving to the corporate group’s latest foreign site in Kunshan this year. Working with the local headquarters, he will initially be providing sales-related support until the end of 2020 with a view to further expanding BLOCK’s China plant. The cultural transition will not be too difficult for Jens Marten since he already has personal experience of China and of Kunshan in particular.

Jens Marten will continue to be an electronics product manager at BLOCK Germany, with a backup team available as a direct contact for our customers.
